Military Special Application Wheels

For Bell models: UH-1 and AH-1 series helicopters

 

    These wheels are specifically designed for special application where the removal of the outside wheel is required for loading and unloading the helicopter aboard aircraft such as C-130’s. The model BDW-246A-1805 / 1806 is very similar to our model BDW-245A-1800 when used in the dual wheel application. The major difference is that the center of the wheels are centered between the skid tube pick up points. It has a bracket and tie straps which tie into the hard points when used in the single wheel configuration and has a 1" higher skid lift for better clearance.
